Exhibitor Information

Individuals and organizations are invited to exhibit at the Haliburton Sportsmen's Show. We strive to offer exhibitors the most advantageous location for conduct of business. Booth reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. As an added benefit, we will list your company name, address, telephone, website link and a brief description of your products or services on our brochure and website.

Booth Rental Rates

10' x 10' booth (Hall A #1-64 & Hall B #1-42)	$260.00
Corner booths (#65, 67, 68)	$300.00
Hydro (indoor booths only)	$10.00 per booth
Outside booths (approx. 30' x 40')	$200.00

Please note that since the show is in July, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) applies.

When you purchase more than two booths the third and any additional booths are half price.

Outside booths are available in the Ball Diamond and Head Lake Park areas. Hydro will not be available for these booths. Please bring your own power supply.
